The final quality of any product comes down to the final finish. We use a precision lapping plate and artisan-style hand polishing to add a mirrored surface to products.
Features
The surface of the lapping plate is maintained at nanometer-order precision. The plate’s internals are temperature-controlled to make the finished surface as perfect as possible.
The precision lapping plate provides a finished mirror surface to the flat surfaces of products, while artisan-style hand polishing is applied to curved areas to achieve the same.
