Handling of Personal Information on the Toray Precision Web Site

Toray Precision Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") respects the privacy of its customers, complies with Japanese law concerning the protection of personal information, handles personal information with due care, and operates the website in compliance with the following policy.

If a customer requests that personal information concerning the customer that has been registered by the customer be modified, confirmed, corrected, deleted, etc., the Company shall respond appropriately only after confirming that the person making the request is the customer concerned or the duly authorized agent of the customer.

4. Security Measures

To ensure the secure management and use of the personal information of customers, the Company implements reasonable and appropriate security measures concerning security risks (such as unauthorized external access to personal information and the loss, destruction, tampering with, or leakage of personal information). Each division that handles personal information shall also appoint an information manager who will work to ensure appropriate management of personal information, adopt regulations concerning information security, and take measures to ensure that all employees are aware of them.

The Company shall review and improve the content of the above items as appropriate, in conjunction with changes in applicable laws concerning the handling of the personal information of customers.
