Features Impellers which require simultaneous 5-axis machining can be manufactured from 3D models directly.
Both difficult-to-cut/easy-to-cut materials are supported including aluminium alloys, SUS316L, Inconel 718, titanium alloys.
By adopting lightweight structures such as lattice structures or grid structures, the total weigt is reduced to 460g from 620g.
Surface finishing of blade surfaces is supported.
Complex shapes including closed impellers are supported.
Inducers can be integrated as a monolithic structure.
Impeller casings can be made by metal 3D printers as well.
