Metal 3D printing service overview

Principle of metal 3D printer
The metal 3D printer we adopt is "powder head (SLM) method.
We will detail below.
- Thinly lay metal powder
- Laser is irradiated to the position where you want to make a shape, When the powder in the irradiation area melts and solidifies when it cools down
- Manufacture the desired shapes 1 and 2 repeatedly
- Take out the finished product
- Separate the base plate that is integrated with the finished product
- Remove support

The weakness of metal 3D printing is surface roughness.
This surface roughness can be solved with our precision micro processing technology.
We will process to the finishing requested by the customer.
Since we respond collectively from modeling to finishing, we can design with consideration for secondary processing.
