Principle of metal 3D printer

The metal 3D printer we adopt is "powder head (SLM) method.
We will detail below.


  1. Thinly lay metal powder
  2. Laser is irradiated to the position where you want to make a shape, When the powder in the irradiation area melts and solidifies when it cools down
  3. Manufacture the desired shapes 1 and 2 repeatedly
  4. Take out the finished product
  5. Separate the base plate that is integrated with the finished product
  6. Remove support
