The fine particle sprayer is intratracheal administration spray that can spray ultrafine particles. (Order of several tens of μm ) It can administrate trace amount of substance uniformly into a minute targeted area.
The suspension spraying is possible by using special specification.
- Usage examples:
- To uniformly administer a drug in mist form (spray) to both lungs of small animals such as mice, rats, and hamsters at pharmacological efficacy test, pharmacokinetic study, toxicity test, safety test etc.
- To apply a precise coating in the semiconductor manufacturing process by spraying. - It can spray a minute specified amount.
- Excellent usability – spraying with one-hand

- Spray-based drug application into trachea or lungs on a pharmacological test of animal experiments. (Animals means rats or mice.)
- Pharmacological efficacy test, pharmacokinetic study, devices for pulmonary drug development
- Spraying anesthetic solution

Distribution of spray angle at outlet (simulation result)
Evaluation result of spray angle at the outlet based on CFD simulation, it was more uniform compared to the existing product, as indicated below, with a smaller standard deviation.
*The distribution diagram shows a front view of the outlet. The distribution shows that a more uniform spray is achieved when the area consists of similar color tones evenly spread without concentration.
