Micro-holes and narrow-pitch machining creates vacuum plates for soft workpieces that leave few marks
When film or flexible sheet-type workpieces need to be kept in place with suction, there need to be no wrinkles or suction marks, and the piece must remain fully stationary.
Toray Precision’s micro-hole machining technology allows for the placement of tiny holes at narrow pitches, keeping the workpiece from bending.
